Floodplain Mixture
Contains: Big Bluestem, Canada Wildrye, Red Top, Fox Sedge, Virginia Wildrye, Switchgrass and Western Wheatgrass
Use this mixture of deep-rooted grasses for wetlands or to re-establish damaged flood plains. The tolerance to standing water of these grasses varies from 14 to 60 days. This mixture may also be used along fluctuating shorelines, dams and lowland pastures.
